In other words true leaders lead by example. They are usually the first to show\u00a0up for work, and the last to leave. Is this something you teach? I don\u2019t think so.<\/p>\n
Desire<\/h2>\n
Desire comes from within; it derives from a person\u2019s spirit. Desire is deeply rooted in the\u00a0person\u2019s morals, values, and thought process. As it relates to desire, if the person with\u00a0very little training wants to be successful in their chosen field, it will come to fruition. It\u00a0will take desire, will power and persistence. On the other hand if the person with the\u00a0college education doesn\u2019t have the desire to succeed, the training doesn\u2019t mean anything.\u00a0The power of belief is not to be underestimated.<\/p>\n
Assisting Others<\/h2>\n
There are different types of leaders within organizations. Some companies have dictators.\u00a0It depends on the type of organization that determines the most effective leader.\u00a0Unfortunately, dictators don\u2019t understand the true meaning of leadership. Individuals who\u00a0demand things from people without showing respect usually don\u2019t work out. An\u00a0organization can go out of business as a result of bad leadership. Leadership is about\u00a0having the desire to get to know others for the sake of personal growth, while moving the\u00a0organization forward.<\/p>\n
Servant Leadership<\/h2>\n
True leadership is about serving all members within the organization. What does this\u00a0mean exactly? Subordinates, shareholders, executive members, receptionists should all be\u00a0treated with respect. The biggest mistake people make in the role of leadership is\u00a0disregarding the value of each organizational member, which ultimately causes conflict.\u00a0As stated earlier, a true leader is aware of all members and treats them like individuals.\u00a0Also, a servant leader will not hesitate to cover someone\u2019s position if needed.\u00a0 In fact,\u00a0they would be honored to help out. Why? They are a servant leader.<\/p>\n
Conclusion<\/h2>\n
In conclusion, leaders have the desire to assist others. Leaders within organizations\u00a0understand the importance of creating a cohesive work environment. It is important to\u00a0assist all members of an organization in order to promote transparency. As stated earlier\u00a0dictatorship does not work.
